Great quality item, would appreciate more tracking clarity

First of all, the plush Eeyore is wonderful. It is soft, well made, and my family thoroughly enjoys it.

My only criticism is that the shipping required me to look in three different places to gain clarity as to where my package was. That said, Julia was very helpful in reassuring me that my item was still on its way and not lost in some random warehouse.
